All organization requires support to automate their Business Processes and streamline work flow.

Xaguar DOX On Demand has a graphic tool for modeling work flow associated to the distinct documents that are stored in the system and support the Business Processes of the Company.

The workflow models in Xaguar DOX can involve approval or authorization, publication, and cooperation on-line, among others.  The work flow within Xaguar DOX is modeled using Nodes which represent activities within the flow. Following is an explanation of some Nodes which are available in Xaguar DOX:

• Messages: Send automatic alerts to Users or Groups of Users as indicated, the advice message can be configured.
• Authorization: Send an alert to one User or a Group of Users informing them that an approval or rejection is pending for a document within the system.
• Change of Status: Execute an automatic document status, for example: update the status of an invoice to “Accepted for Payment” or “Accepted".
• Form Completed: Send an alert to one User or a Group of Users requesting that they complete the data input needed in order to capture the document.

Each Node will generate an alert; inform the system users with an email and also by way of the Internal Message Center of the System

Xaguar DOX stores a detailed Access Log of each step that is executed during the work flow, registering the individuals involved and the exact time that was spent on each action. This supports the supervision of activities within the work group.
