The Help Desk for Xaguar DOX On Demand is available for our clients, offering services Monday through Friday from 10:00AM to 7:00PM, including:
- Help on the use of the Product
- Service by phone or in writing (chat /email) on product functionality, how to use DOX On Demand, product components for Workfows, Forms, Catalos, Channels and Profiles, etc.
- Help support available (8 hours daily - 5 days per week).
- Our schedule follows Mexico City’s time
